Chromecast:
Please delete VIDGO app on casting device
Then follow steps below on your Chromecast
To clear the data and cache from your Chromecast built-in app, please follow these steps:
- From the Home screen, select Settings.
- Select Apps.
- Select Chromecast built-in.
- Select Clear data.
- Select OK.
- Select Clear cache.
- Select OK.
- Restart your TV.
Once the data and cache is deleted please install the VIDGO app and install again.
