Please delete the VIDGO app and delete the data and cache see steps below.

Clear Data and Clear Cache on your Android TV

  1. On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. The next steps depend on your TV menu options: Select Apps → See all apps → Show system apps. ...
  4. Under System apps, select your preferred app.
  5. Select Clear cache, and then select OK. ...
  6. Select Clear data, and then select OK.

Once the data and cache is deleted please install the VIDGO app and install again.
